Jello Pinwheels!
What kid doesn’t like Jello and Marshmallows? Combine the two and end up with some super yummy Jello Pinwheels!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Package of your favorite Jello
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
In a microwave safe bowl, combine your Jello and water. Whisk together until Jello is dissolved.
Place Jello mixture into the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove your mixture from the microwave and add your 1 cup of marshmallows. Stil the marshmallows so they are covered in the mixture.
Place the mixture back into the microwave for 20-30 seconds, or until your marshmallows start to expand.
Remove from the microwave and whisk the marshmallows until they are completely dissolved.
Carefully pour your mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 inch cake pan.
Allow your Jello to firm in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.
Using a knife, separate the Jello from the sides of the pan.
Once the sides are scored, carefully fold one edge over, and roll. Try to keep your roll as tight as possible.
Once it is rolled, use a sharp knife to slice it into 1/2 inch pieces.
Serve to your kiddos, or keep it all to yourself!
My kids LOVE these, and they remind me of an updated version of Jello Jigglers that were so popular in the 90′s.
