- ½ Cup Epsom Salt
- 1 Tbsp Citric Acid
- 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Citrus Essential Oil
Instructions
- Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl, and removes all lumps. (If your nails are painted, you may want to use gloves for this).
- Add in your Essential Oil. Mix until color is even throughout.
- Slowly add in your vinegar, a little add a time. You want just enough that when you squeeze the mixture together, it keeps it shape.

- Pack the mixture in firmly.
- Allow to set for 12-24 hours to harden before removing from the mold.

Wow! This is an excellent idea. I try to coupon and get on sale, but this would be even better.
I have made this recipe several time now and it’s much better than commercial detergents/tablets – my whole family loves them and appreciates the fact that our dishes do not taste like the other commercially-scented products. Thanks for sharing this!
