Hibachi Steak is one of my all time favorite meals, and the only place in my area that serves it, is all the way across town. So, unless the moon is in alignment, and we are in the area during dinner, we rarely have it.

So, when my husband surprised me with a new WOK, I was bound and determined to figure it out! After lots of trial and lots of error, I have came up with my best version of Hibachi Steak and Rice.

*Note, a WOK is not necessary to make this yummy meal, any old skillet will do just fine.
