fudge

Fudge is a tradition in our house. I make it for the family, friends and neighbors. I love peanut butter, no naturally, peanut butter fudge is my favorite. This recipe is by far my favorite, it is easy to make and taste like a bit of peanut butter heaven.

It is creamy, and has just the right amount of sweet to it.

2 Minute Peanut Butter Fudge!

Items Needed:

2 microwave safe bowls

1 13oz container peanut butter

1 13 oz container vanilla frosting

8×8 Pan, lined

Directions:

Place you vanilla frosting in one of the microwave safe bowls and microwave for 20 seconds.  Stir until creamy.

Repeat this process with the peanut butter. I found that it took about 40 seconds to get the peanut butter melted completely.

Combine the vanilla frosting with the melted peanut butter and mix until well incorporated.

Line your 8×8 pan with aluminum foil and pour your fudge in.

Ny hubby is a chocolate addict, so I melted some chocolate chips and swirled them on top.

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
