Guilt Free, Healthy Fudge Recipe!

  • 1 Cup Pitted Dates
  • ½ Cup Unsalted Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted Walnuts
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder divided in half
  • 4 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  1. Place dates in a bowl of water and allow them to soak for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Mix together dates, almonds, walnuts, vanilla and ¼ cup of cocoa powder in a blender or food processor. Mix until they become a dough consistency.
  3. Spread mixture into a lightly oiled or lined 8x8 baking dish and place in the freezer.
  4. Mix together bananas, almond butter and the other ¼ of cocoa powder in a blender or food processor.
  5. Remove first layer from the freezer and spread the second mixture over the top until evenly distributed.
  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours, remove from freezer and slice.
If you like a sweeter fudge, you can ad 4 tbsp of honey or blue agave to the first layer. Be sure to refreeze any left overs.
